Think of entering a PropLIBRARY forum like walking into an association meeting. It would be rude to walk into a room, announce loudly that you have something to sell, and then leave. This forum is for discussions and networking, but not selling. PropLIBRARY has forums where you can promote your offerings. People will enter those forums when they are curious about what's available.
Please post as you would in a professional meeting. We're not here to discuss politics, be overtly controversial, and we don't debate by name calling. In fact, we try really hard to get along with each other. We try the hardest with those we disagree with or dislike the most. Don't lie, cheat, or steal. If you are here for network, try to make some friends.
Pro-tip: Post things that start discussions. Statements or announcements usually don't accomplish that. Try asking questions, making observations, or seeking advice, Teach and learn. Don't make it all about yourself.
If someone breaks the rules, please let the moderators do the moderating. You can draw it to our attention if you think it hasn't already been noticed. Our moderators are discrete and spend more time providing guidance than discipline, so don't fear interacting with them. If you are in doubt, you can ask what's acceptable. But we keep it pretty basic so you shouldn't have to. We all just want to focus on learning and growing.
